ricoThe difference between the man who killed 3 officers is this is organized crime. Members of YSL have already tried making calls to destroy evidence from smuggled phones in jail and Gunna tried smuggling d**** in jail. They're more concerned with Gunna trying to silence witnesses or trying to get evidence destroyed because this is an ongoing case where they are trying to take down a whole criminal organization. I also feel like they are trying to keep all the members separated and broken behind bars so they can get more niggas to fold and snitch.
Except they haven’t provided any proof for all that. Just accusations

Well the calls were intercepted so it is true that one of the YSL members tried calling to get evidence destroyed. The gunna smuggling s*** they can't prove. Regardless of that, they're not gonna let anybody apart of the criminal organization out on bond cause of the risk of witness tampering or getting rid of evidence

I know people who faced Rico in Georgia and got out on bond. Gunna Def satisfies the requirements for bond the prosecution just playing games.
