As for the private jet thing, he’d have 24 officers around his house, an ankle monitor, 24 hr video surveillance made available to the court / prosecution, phone monitor, passport surrendered etc.
also Kevin liles said that he’d wager his own & companies money to any amount on thug breaking the terms.
to me the judge didn’t make a fair call
I am pro bail in pretty much all circumstances
but imagine Thug gets out and then a witness dies or disappears. that would be on the judge's conscience
or there's a hit and a baby gets shot as a bystander or some s***
also these are serious gang members saying that they fear for their lives. to be fair, they could be exaggerating to take blame off themselves, but... idk. that is serious
