Like do people understand how this works?

The judge goes over all the preliminary evidence and then determines if the person being charged should be allowed bond and how much it should be

For a judge to not let Thug out on bond, that evidence has to be pretty f***in airtight

And I’m sure Thug can afford very good expensive lawyers so if they couldn’t even make an argument to sway the judge, then the evidence has to be strong as f***

crimes are committed out of necessity. you’re talking like you think Thug just said to his pals one day “hey guys, you know what would be really fun? forming a gang & committing crimes that are sure to catch up with us one day 🤓”

once again, everything you say is like i’m talking to a cop

Lol no reason to keep arguing. They have a perception of this that won’t change and they just can’t understand why lol.

These the same people who think “millions came in now all my enemies don’t want to kill me anymore”

I went to go read the coil’s version of this thread

And there’s a lot less arguing just off the strength they don’t got sympathy for niggas on this type time

And there’s a lot more facts about the upcoming being posted

So to answer 1 argument that’s been happening here, Gunna wasn’t given bond because the judge fears witness tampering from Gunna

And don’t act like that’s a stretch, dude is a millionaire

    Gunna’s lawyers are proposing

    750K bond
Gunna be placed on house arrest with electric monitoring
    Forfeiture of 3 properties
And his parents put his house up too

Also all electronic monitoring (wire taps) can be placed on his phone

    The evidence behind the charge

Plus a lot of other factors. Are you rich and a flight risk? Got ties to other countries?

Violent crimes are especially tough to get bond.

Thug and his crew clearly shown they don’t give a f*** about hurting or intimidating others, ALLEGEDLY.

And with his money? No chance a judge was letting him out.

One thing they keep mentioning is that anybody involved is a flight risk aka they would try and flee and hide if they let em out on bond

so thats one of the arguments

another thing is i think w a (state) rico they got more powerful leeway to keep everyone locked up than the odd arrest or whatever

idk can the resident thread officer @Dirty clear anything I said up I know u spent at LEAST 2 months in training for ur position so u know the law by heart

Isnt the point of a trial to bring that all to light then make a decision
I understand the flight risk but that seems unconstitutional

very rarely do people commit crimes for the sake of committing them

social, economic factors all play into that

and before you say "well thug and them are rich" thats not the point. even if you have money youre still accustomed to that environment and lifestyle
