This is actually too tame. He's King Racist now so there's probably more dogwhistles in there

What's happening here? The truth is the radical left views laws as nothing more than upholding an "capitalist social order". They're using these "Thugs" as proxies to attack the legitimacy of this supposedly unjust social order, as opposed to LEGACY AMERICANS whose values are more in line with western values. This is all of course done with their critical race theory, under the guise of being "against discrimination"

The question is, how far are they willing to go with this? These are interesting times for sure....

Why are niggas ignoring the body that is connected to Thug? Stop trying to play down the situation.

They charged 5 people for the body. Thug isn’t one of them. They can’t charge him for renting a car.

has it been pointed out from the indictment yet that YSL Records has never been a real company? i know most imprints aren't but holy f*** when you actually think about what the business structure would have been that basically just means 300 owned literally everything associated with thug and every single person related to him and yet they're obviously all going to get off scot-free despite profiting off of ALL OF THIS

    two big takeaways:
-300 was scamming the S*** out of thug and his entire crew and despite making more money off of all of this than probably anyone involved is nowhere to be seen in the indictments crazy you can just bankroll this s*** as a label and then play the "actually we're just a detached busienss entity, we had no idea" card. ridiculous

-rappers gotta be way better educated on business s*** man, it's insane they're not only letting themselves be scammed like this but also in a position where when s*** like this happens their labels can just detach themselves and run away

So if Mel got 11 years, with a snitch involved and the feds high conviction rate.

You don’t think thug and his lawyers with way more money and way less evidence(they not charging him with bodies) can plea for way less against the state?

The state of Georgia has a high conviction rate too. He's being charged as a leader and organizer. That means all the violence they're going to try and consider him legally responsible for the violence. In the indictment they mention video and audio recordings of him calling shots. That's gonna be hard to disprove.

Read the indictment. they only charged him with 2 counts. RICO and participation in gang activity.

The car being in his name won’t hold up in court with his lawyers. They didn’t even attempt to charge him with the murder.

Lucci man got killed in the car with him and even that murder has been dropped from his charges.

Yeah I stared at that s*** in disbelief. Most of the tweets were about thug except this one xxx tweet. I checked dudes whole profile and it didn’t say thug anywhere but the “xxxtentacion” was bold like that’s the word I searched. Wish I screenshot it tbh

Going through the indictment and the lack of actual evidence is astounding

I’m not sure how any of this stands, if Thug’s attorney is as good as the money he’s being paid, I seriously doubt he does significant time

The state is trying to create a narrative that Jeffrey Lamar Williams aka Young Thug is the equivalent of “Don Corelone” . The head of a criminal enterprise that has been responsible for half the crime in Atlanta since 2015.

With 90% of what they consider to be evidence social media posts and the other 10% rap lyrics

The 50 bodies are tied to the gang but the gang is the music group?

    Weak

? Obviously there’s not going to be very much evidence in an indictment, that’s not the point. Whatever evidence they have will be presented during the discovery and trial phases

That’s how they classified it but when you read the indictment he never clearly orders the murder “X go Kill Y”

“He says you haven’t beat up or shot anyone yet man you’re getting soft”

“Sometimes sacrifices have to be made and people die”

Yeah you can’t say s*** like that and then people get stabbed. Your defense is really bad

for some reason KTT users exclusively like talking about the prosecution’s perspective of things.
