sir shrimpyFor sure. Accountability always has to be held, but thats why we need to shift the narrative of the justice system to reform and rehabilitation rather than punishment and the 'put em in a hole and never let em out' mentality.
Definitely especially because research shows that punishment, nor rewards change behaviors.
