WESLEYS THEORYI liked that he played the classics. He could’ve done the newer s*** for sure, but it was magical hearing s*** like All Falls Down, Touch The Sky, Flashing Lights, Say You Will etc. again.
It felt like the right moment for it.
Yeah it was an incredible concert
But it’s such a huge 180 from how he’s approached his music since even a couple months ago… like every rollout/concert after 2016 showed he doesn’t give a f*** about the audience’s needs and he just makes whatever he wants
I wonder if it was like Kanye wanted to crush Drake with the weight of his discography and Drake wanted to bet that he could look more relevant by standing up to ye with only CLB cuts
