I did a TM refund for a show recently and it didn't hit my account until about a week after the show ended. It was a relatively small show too. I think their specific wording is "within 30 days of the event" so give it a bit.

Man.... Showed up to my IMAX show and they told us they couldn't stream it because of "technical difficulties" had me and my friends mad as f***. Didn't even give us clear reasoning, at-least we got a refund.
