I don't think we have a dedicated madlib thread but I finished organizing my madlib discog. It's not comprehensive and is missing basically everything on streaming + a lot of his s*** under different names but it has all his unreleased beat tapes and a bunch of other s*** formatted for iTunes with album arts which was the biggest problem with all the other compilations I found. this is everything, I just downloaded like 3 various madlib comps and this was everything I found + some other stuff like the Lil Light instrumentals and his broken beat album

a good few of those would be labelled as compilations, instrumental albums, remixes etc

there are just the 4 afaik, 2 and 3 were (still are?) rare

the 2017 and 2019 batches (14 CDs, 225 beats) there are the super rare ones that I have to hold onto for a few reasons. it's got the sound species stuff on it

thats super interesting, I saw a couple people echoing that only raw cakes 1 & 4 were real so I kinda just went with it.

One of the compilations I found on reddit had a 2017 and 2019 batch but there were like 10-15 minutes each and didn't stand out too much, super cool that they were basically only a snippet

For a while that was true in a sense because people were uploading fake vol 2 & 3s

I'm not sure what they would've been. The 2017 batches I have are 2hrs 21mins in total

The 2019 batches I have are 2hrs 40mins in total

There's also the rare 2017 Denver beats tape which is in lossless and is 32mins

just updated this to have a few more things, if I sent you the original one I got a seperate zip with unreleased Jaylib, Lootpack, a couple beat tapes I was missing before, and some other collab EPs that aren't on streaming like his s*** with Blu and Planet Asia

if you want everything I got an updated link, everything with album arts + tagged for iTunes so you can just drag and drop everything

disclaimer: this has nothing you can find on streaming and is NOT comprehensive as I said before
