Incredible album. If there’s one thing he knows how to do is craft an intro
Also loved how he pulled in all the previous people/samples from al 1-2 for Mustafa
I’ll be honest and say this is not as good as the boiler room
I wanted this to have more energy
But anyway Delilah, Kammy, Bleu, Kelly and Danielle are great and will stay on rotation
7/10
whats the lore on this?
its the entire story of actual life 1-3. It’s loose themes but it’s there.

He hasn’t explicitly said the whole story but the most detail is in the Angie video^^
Pitchfork already reviewed lmao

it doesnt say anything in this about his girl leaving him though?
this album is good. it just doesn't quite feel like the first two imo. not as many slower songs and the lack of interludes makes it feel less cohesive. I'm slightly disappointed but I mean it still slaps

Not sure what happened either but the girl speaking thru 3 saying she miss him and get coffee etc and at the end “sorry I’ve been gone for a while”
Idk just the way I interpreted it but she could’ve passed and this a new girl for him now moving on I don’t know tbh

He’s trying to cross over into the pop scene
They said "But despite the diaristic hints, we learn little about the artist"
On God with all the good faith in the world I don't know how a sentence like this could even mean something for a DANCE album
They’re still rockists
Found out about this guy through a music groupchat yesterday...yeah he's amazing. AL1-3 all very good.
This and the new dvsn today
can I join this groupchat
bro's music passes right thru me. simply haven't been a fan of his formula from the start, but everyone in here is loving it so i'm gonna leave it at that. delilah/kammy back to back is the highlight, good energy. he's gonna take over the world.

I kinda agree. It’s missing the more emotional beats(not production just feelings) that made AL1-2 instant classics but man 3 got bangers
