yh cool story but skepta where the fux is that album its been 6 years since solo album this getting to miguel/asap levels of delay

21 years is so special oh my days

ever since the boiler room everything about him has felt increasingly sterile. without a certain level of rawness its hard to connect with an him as artist. the songs that were teased back then hit at the time, but once the hype wore off the overly manicured nature of his music and brand became impossible to ignore.

this set is a good microcosm of what puts me off him. its just cringe

haven't listened to this, the last ep was aight 'all in' by he gliding by atp as there's no competition mainstream uk rap scene in the bin atm dave skepta stormzy all sjhook to drop (of course new wavy wave yt jimmy legxay lancey on fire im talking mainstream top guys)
