I have genuinely so many beautiful memories from moments in my life where I was experiencing extreme happiness and extreme heartbreak. I've felt the full spectrum of human emotions while this album was helping me get through it
Listening to Self Control on those nights alone in your room when you're still trying to get over that one that got away
Long car rides to Vegas and San Francisco with Mom listening to White Ferrari
I love this album so much and it's genuinely one of the best ever.
Pure artistry ♥
I’m almost tearing up rn at work thinking about some of the s*** I’ve experienced to Nights man lol
The album legitimately defines all of our collective experiences in this generation. Beautiful to think about
Painfully accurate thread title
I remember being in my 97 Chevy Lumina sleeping in my car, selling blood plasma for gas money, buying a big bowl of Moe's & just f***ing around in Atlanta many weekends before I drove back home to finish school & work. Listening to Self Control & Solo on the tape aux, reading in the back of a parking lot, just really getting into the deep of transitioning hormonally
Been so long. Lowkey scared to relisten to this album. Don’t want to relive experiences and feelings and memories from 10 years ago lmbo
I know right, lot of bad feelings associated with the album that I don't care to revisit most days. Blonde's ability to move people and ruin their mood is a testament to its greatness though, cool to see so many others with similar experiences

Bottom of his discography. It was fine but it was nowhere close to the masterpiece Channel Orange

This album was the soundtrack to the end of my childhood lowkey. Meaning the life without having real responsibilities.
The last summer after school (graduated college that year) I was confused on where I was headed career wise? just started talking to the girl that I’m engaged to now (long story but we made it), and I didn’t know who I was but now ya boy is thriving.
Shoutout to this album for constantly being fresh each listen..
RIP Ryan

Could never imagine being so miserable and pessimistic to express this kind of feeling
Solar flare consume us so why not?

You never know what the person you just passed on the sidewalk is feeling type s***. Bruh probably in the sunken place
Pray for em
Magical album that came at a crazy but goated summer in my early 20s:
I'd just finished an exchange semester in Montreal, met a lot of cool people who I still keep up with today.
Had a painful friendship break-up over some frustratingly petty s***.
I was starting to see things weren't gonna work out long-term with the girl I was dating at the time.
My final semester in uni was approaching and the real-world was right around the corner.
All of this felt overwhelming and all-encompassing at the time, but Blonde was the perfect soundtrack to navigating the aftermath of one of the most important summers in my life.
amazing album but i havent peeped it in the last 7 years tbh lol
Obviously would love if he dropped new music but I've come to accept that this could be his last album, and honestly I'm ok with it.
