also looking forward for more DJ_Dave mixes, she's alright. it's actually tight that homer radio is mostly curated by female djs

Yeah, also like how there seems to be a fixed rotation too, like they’re official curators.

I’ve noticed that across the 18 episodes, there seems to be an underlining theme to the mixes too. Each DJ brings their style out. Crystal focuses more on niche artists and has a lot of NOLA influence. Westside Ty features a lot of underground & street rappers. Livwutang picks a lot of international artists and so on.

Homer Radio really is growing into its own thing if you let it. I think people are finally past the idea of it being a platform for new Frank.

Frank went from a radio station in GTA to AM to Homer. Man really loves airwaves.

Homer radio is (to me) the only interesting streaming radio show on AM. NTS radio is the superior beast but Homer is breathing life into AM. For an art form that has been the backbone of some of the most poignant art of all time its a shame to see it become so homogenous and dull. Seems like the industry still hasn’t adopted streaming in a creative way. So big shouts to Homer radio & Frank for keeping this s*** interesting

Channel Orange is genius in every single way possible.

I believe It’ll be much more experimental in sound and a lot more dense in subject matter.

Whether it impacts the culture as hard as Blonde will remain to be seen but that shouldn’t be a lone scale for greatness.

However, just seeing how he’s evolved in terms of visuals, production choice, international influence and overall as an artist leads me to believe this will be his best project yet.

The Chairman would be a great album title to me.
