big chairman poster outside of the homer store
first time he’s had a non-homer poster
From W Magazine, 2019
What are you doing in the next few weeks?
I’ll be shooting a photo series project that I’m doing in collaboration with another visual artist. I can’t say who it is yet, but he’s supertalented, and I’m playing a character in this sequence about a particular music industry practice that’s been going on for a long time. It’s a narrative in photos, and I want the edit to be really tight. But I think it’ll be cool. I’m excited about it.
Could this be tied into the entire Chairman storyline? We saw him on the Blonde vinyl and in the notes and Frank mentions an industry practice.
Are Frank and Travis Scott the only two people that can ride off of one album this long?
I'm not talking like how Kendrick had the long gap between DAMN and MM. I'm talking about how they take the name of the album and build a whole world around it.
I'm not mad at it at all and feel like its extremely rare to see.

Very smart branding/marketing tactic that I think more artists should attempt to do.
Then again, it takes intense time and attention placed into the namesake project so that fans buy into the name becoming the artist’s brand

I think about it a lot. I obviously want Frank to drop again but part of me would like to see how long he could go just dropping Re-Issues, Blonded Radio, Tees and Posters.
I honestly think if the whole Astrofest thing never happened Travis could still be riding the Astroworld wave.
It must be truly rewarding to know that an album you worked hard on ended up being so good you could live off of it forever.
Obviously Frank doesn't drop nearly as much product but Travis has prob made tens of millions of dollars off of the Astroworld Universe.
10 minute gap at the end of Homer Radio
Clearly a sign that the album is dropping tonight
SZA!
