I don’t understand why Frank didn’t just give a brief explanation at the beginning of his set like “hey had a whole thing planned, hurt my ankle, so we had to change the whole set last minute”. Everyone would’ve understood if he just communicated that with the audience and people would’ve gotten that they were trying to work around the problem so that’s why it ended up feeling disjointed at points

they said in the video they were hiding the fact there was an even an ice rink from the people that were there waiting for the show, the only reason people knew is cause it leaked and he didn't want to recognise it like that

Sure but I’m saying if you come out and say “hey we had to change the entire show last minute because of an injury” then the nature of the show goes over a lot better than just presenting like what we got was the plan the entire time

To him I think so because what many expect of or want of him is out of scope in terms of wild set design, over the top production, new music, all the old hits off CO, NU, features, surprise guest, Endless.

They want an organized set from an artist who hasn't toured in nearly a decade. Very few artist lifetime have had great return sets after not performing for that long I think of Daft Punk, Rage Against the Machine off the top but its very rare to have that same energy, passion and in this case not with your own freedom or audience but Coachellas

I think if he wants to stream it he will, if he doesn’t he won’t, life has too many complex variables for internet comments of all things to be the deciding factor imo

The fact that he wasn't streaming was a big hint that something didn't go as planned . Like Bjork she likes people being there so I got it. Frank pulling stream was a hint something was wrong

I saw Frank live in 2012 and watched videos of all of his live performances up to this point and I’ve never got this much of an unfinished vibe like this

she catching heat for not streaming either, check her insta comments. i fw bjork but i keep the same energy, if the tech exists to share your performance and you say no it's just classism and elitism, nothing else 😂 i mean if Jai streamed his s*** then anyone can. this idea that streaming it somehow removes some spirit from it or something is bullshit. people are gonna record it anyway too.
