People had such crazy expectations and unrealistic hype that they were going to be mad regardless. You had people on here genuinely saying "he will premiere an entire new album multiple new songs the hints are all there". I genuinely would tell them "hey chill all we should hope for is a good performance of what we know" and they would tell me openly "if you just get a good performance of his current discography you will be disappointed" and LOOK WHERE WE ARE NOW
