here’s a thought. maybe the ice rink was only meant for one weekend. so now they’ll do it next weekend, and if they had done it last weekend we would’ve gotten something similar to last weekend this weekend. sorry for awkward phrasing

The songs performed were amazing though, he sounded in peak form. I fully think it’s mostly the lack of performance. But Frank himself sounded like an Angel

they said it went on longer than they anticipated lol its time to accept its over and we got a decent set just not the performance anyone was expecting after years away from performing

I still love and respect Frank as an artist and I’ll continue to support him beyond this

But I also will critique the things i don’t like as much

It sounded actually incredible live, I feel sorry for anyone too miserable or boring to enjoy it just because it wasn’t what they thought it would be

exactly it’s funny how folks can’t just look away when they get bored of the discussion and instead have to criticize the discussion they participated in

unprecedented stage design + tons of effort, maybe they never planned on doing it twice. who knows

You have to admit at least that all the odd stop starts and dead air and not performing and schizo setlist made it feel very disjointed

I think the complaints about frank not being visible on stage enough are weird. like are you going to a festival to gawk at celebrity or hear live music get performed? the screen looked amazing and everything was shot really well

he fumbled a lot more than that. transitions between songs weren’t good. band didn’t seem to know what was coming next. playing nikes and nights off the aux was the worst look of the night and has nothing to do with anything you mentioned

If anything I would think it’s the opposite
