The thing that struck me immediately was the stage: the whole thing was technically one giant ass screen with only the room being the reference point. It's Frank putting a filter between the audience and himself like aways, and there's certainly a world where the spontaneous nature of it felt like a "Frank Ocean: Unplugged" in terms of intimacy and playfulness.
The problem is Frank couldn't help being pretentious as f*** so what it turned into was EDM mixes of his own songs shoe horned into the set at random, followed by three songs of Frank not singing at all trying to be the next Kodak Black meme after about six years of hiding.
By all means it was not technically a good performance
I compared it to the Sacramento tlop breakdown show earlier, like good concert no but legendary one of a kind experience that you couldnāt replicate? Yes
