Now that Frank himself has requested to not livestream his concert I am 100% convinced that he will play a live album during his performance and here are the reasons:

Last year in June 22 it was rumored that Frank Ocean has been in talks with A24 to direct a movie
4 months ago u/AnmolTheAnimal leaked that Eric Roth gave a talk at Loyola Marymount University in LA and revealed that Frank Ocean contacted him and said that he wanted to do a visual album and has already turned in the concept.
A24 team has been spotted at Coachella some hours before
A source from Loyola Marymount hockey team has revealed that Frank is paying the team to skate around in eccentric outfits on an ice rink on stage for his Coachella set
The rumours of the ice rink have been basically confirmed now
This is really happening. Just wait and see.
