from what i understood the whole aesthetic of hermes is watercolor weight, aka very transparent non-cloying stuff that doesnt shout. I got a sample of santal massoia and used it this summer, smells like coconut and sandalwood

Yup they're all very smooth and airy, while still using heavier materials. so good

I might've been wrong about Oud Satin Mood... the extrait version at least. Sprayed some on last night before going to bed and that thing has the most beautiful rose I've ever smellt
