Has anyone tried Hermes H24? Looking for a metallic inoffensive fragrance for a corporate internship. I feel like luna rossa carbon might be a little too sweet

I bought a bottle when it first came out & sold it.

It’s a great fragrance, it smells great.

It’s just boring.

Don’t expect to turn heads, but it does smell great.

Yeah I feel the same about, decent fresh fragrance but a little stale

Edit: put it on tho and performance is great

100ml bottles are $275-300 these days.

$650 is really only like 2.5 bottles / 250mls if I were to buy it like that

Aventus is my favorite & I’ve tested a lot of fragrances. Nothing really comes close in terms of scent

Is it from an older batch? Why get the 500 ml if you were saying EE >.

Just curious too see if your opinion on the newer batches has changed at all

Emperor Extrait smells great, lasts long, and projects a lot more.

But it’s missing that X-factor.

Something about Creed’s formula that cannot be replicated.

That extra 5-10% that just makes Aventus Aventus!

I spent a couple days wearing Emperor Extrait and I just found it disappointing the more I wore it. I didn’t get that magic feeling. Something was missing.

Yes, it projects like crazy & lasts long
Yes, everyone will think it’s Aventus
Yes, it smells great

But, its just not Aventus to me

Aventus has a certain ''structure'' to it, that's what always is missing in clones. Idk what it is exactly or how to properly describe it

And no, I’m taking a gamble on 500ml of a 2021 batch.

I still have 100ml of 18K11
& I have 85ml of 19P11

Both well respected batches.

So I won’t need to touch the flacon for 2-3 years at this rate.

When the time comes, I will either use it if it matures well, or, I will sell it and make $500/$600

Le labo doesn’t have good sillage from what I’ve heard

I think rasasi has something similar to it

To me, it’s the quality of ingredients & the blend.

The pineapple & citrus is just too great. It smells incredibly natural.

There is also a wetness to the birch that I’ve never experienced in a fragrance either. Emperor Extrait has dry birch, feels like the Vetiver note from Roja’s Elysium in a way. Creeds feels more authentic imo

You are right about the structure though, it’s just like… shaped differently, idek how to explain it. It really is magical, as corny as that sounds.
