Layton went from

78% alcohol / 22% fragrance oil

to

82% alcohol / 18% fragrance oil

(Carlisle went from 77% -> 81%)

In theory, this will increase immediate projection, but neuter longevity by a decent amount. It greatly affects the evaporation curve. It leans closer to an EDT compared to an EDP now.

As for the scent itself, I haven’t tried it, but I have read that it comes across more synthetic from Base Notes (basically KTT for frags), and some reviews on Fragrantica.

Viking cologne was way more subtle imo and nicer than regular Viking.

I love Molecule 01 from EM. It's a unique smell that sits really close to you. Good for any time and completely unisex. It's also fairly inexpensive which is a plus.
