Back To Black is what I expected BR to smell like now that I think of it, wouldn’t be the first time I didn’t enjoy a much recommended perfume. I always need to smell them beforehand.

I have a bottle I bought in 2010 and it's on it's last leg. Very sad. Only use it for holidays, weddings, or dates now.

I've never even sniffed the reformulations though, so I don't know how different they are. I just know my OG bottle is fire.

i cant argue with ur nose, but with time i think you might appreciate it a lot more.

i was able to smell a lot more woodiness and almonds after revisiting the scent. and sort of fell in love with it.

My mistake, i've mentioned the wrong place. It was douglas but i don't know if you have it over where you live.

Check these out in your department store such as neiman marcus, nordstrom, etc before copping.

tried the whole Margiela line, Jazz Club & Lazy Sunday Morning are nice, By The Fireplace too but that smokey note in it is strong as hell.

I also tried Rehab and Psychedelic Love by Initio, they are nice but PL is a bit too sweet for my taste reminds me of some sweets I ate when I was younger.

Byredo line is nice too especially Bal‘dafrique and Mojave Ghost
