What a downgrade
Surprised he couldn’t land audi
Surprised he couldn’t land audi
he definitely could've gone to audi and i wanted him to but williams is 100% the safer and smarter choice. sauber has been going nowhere for years and there's no guarantee that audi is gonna automatically fix all the problems and all of a sudden be a top car or even a mid field car, it's likely that there will be growing pains
williams has been on a slow but upwards trajectory and they've only had one real driver in their car. a carlos and albon team up should finally give them the drivers to start making real progress and become a consistent points scoring team. plus with williams connection to merc there's always a chance for carlos to slide into the merc depending on how things go with george/antonelli
How soon does McLaren bag Norris
“Sergio Pérez remains at Red Bull Racing. Confirmation from the team.”
h**** running this team into the ground
I used to fw Williams when they had Massa but really it was cause i always liked Martini livery

Lol can’t be true
another one down
RBR is disarray
Very interesting theory floating out there that the RB early season advantage was due to a braking system that allowed for example the left rear brake to brake at a higher pressure than the right rear allowing for more rotation of the car. It would be evidenced by Max having his just right rear brake catch on fire in Melbourne.

Did they ban that for this year? I saw they updated the technical regs last week or something

The updated regs apparently ban the diff brake pressures on the same axle, and that’s what it I guess pinpointed the believed advantage.
autosprint, the biggest motorsport publication in italy, is saying newey chose aston over ferrari
the main problem seems to be
"Newey had asked for decision-making powers that are the prerogative of the team principal to be taken away from him: these included binding consent - and therefore the right of veto - on the hiring of new engineers, the allocation of roles, and the acceptance of technical partnerships"
aston getting newey and a honda engine, crazy
