I haven't been following the testing all that close but this start for Ferrari compared to the field looks insane. Am I missing something here?

ferrari looked really good in this 2nd week of testing but the new battery systems seem to be so complex that i don’t think anyone really knows what to make of it. i saw some reports saying that their battery doesn’t require as much reving to reach full charge while other teams are having to rev the engine for 10+ seconds to reach the same levels. there’s even been talk of delaying the start for 10 seconds after the formation lap so all the teams can just sit there and rev before the lights come on lol
