Personally i think MIA is allowed to be against people who have put her through hell for the past 15 years even though i have a different opinion than her.

also her child thing would be a court and local issue not a president, again the president isnt involve with everything and not most issues that is happening during a president term didnt just magically start with their term they inherent most issues and laws from the previous one to two terms and have to navigate around it during theirs which has a high possibility to create more new issues
