Just watched again to make sure, and there aren't any strobes/flashing lights or special effects, but there are some fast cuts around the choreography so I'm not sure how it would affect you.

Honestly, no.

The only music videos I remember watching are Say My Name, Survivor, Lose My Breath, Girl, and Cater 2 U by Destiny's Child, and All for You and Someone to Call My Lover by Janet YEARS ago.

It’s her worst album to me, I enjoy this one, LP1 & Magdalene a lot more personally.

They are all pretty good though, she’s an amazing artist.
