i think it's pretty weird for your boss at your new job to be asking you sexual questions like that. imagine if the genders were reversed and it was a 35 year old male boss asking his younger new female employee if she's had d*** before.

It is a strange question to ask an employee and does not reflect well on them professionally, plus it puts OP in a tough spot because it's difficult to respond to a question like that without knowing the boundaries of their working relationship.
