From new QT interview:
I love this script, but I’m still walking down the same ground I’ve already walked. It just kind of unenthused me … This last movie, I’ve got to not know what I’m doing again. I’ve got to be in uncharted territory.
And he’ll be on set for a few:
I’m moving back and forth between here and Israel, so I won’t be on the set every day and everything. But, yeah, I’ll be around if they need me to do something, you know, I will.

I’m listening to Tarantino latest interview and he sounds pretty involved in the production on this. He’s been on set and was there for rehearsals

I 100% believe this and I’m on board with this!
Transition confirmed Movie Critic and this Cliff booth sequel were always two separate scripts. The movie critic didn’t transform into Cliff Booth like people assumed. He said the movie critic was in a similar setting but there was never any crossover characters.
Brad is so dedicated lmao he told Tarantino “you pulling the plug? If you wanna do this thing as a tv series I’ll do 9 episodes with you”

Okay he said “I see these Cliff Booth stories like novels and I can see myself writing another sequel down the road. I like the idea of writing a script and having a great direct adapt it”

Interviewer: So once you’re done directing are you interesting in writing scripts and letting another director tackle it?
QT: The answer is yes, but if you ask me on the wrong day the answer is no. But if you ask me on the right day absolutely. But I like the idea of getting respect as a writer because everyone thinks I only can write for me.
“I gave Fincher a gigantic novel written in screenplay format and now it’s his job to shrink it down. I’m not one of those screenwriters that gives you the standard 120 pages, I gave him a bunch of material to work with and I didn’t tame myself what so ever”
I hope this doesn’t look like s*** cos of Netflix
The killer felt both Netflix and fincher

Looks like filming wrapped and people are confused on why it’s labeled as “teleplay” and not screenplay
