whole Jill sequence and how she carried herself was weird as Shiva. Cid was a whole character with personality and Jill was barely human

god I love this game. being able to do hunts, side quests, and then the main quest is a great gameplay loop

also the hideaway is one of my favorite chill areas in gaming

and the ost… godlike

I mean I could be out there but I really wish the world reacted to your actions moere in all ways its shown a little in the story in the weak argument between Clive and Joshua towards the end about Eikons but its really like the whole world doesn't fully grasp the story that is going on

like there are Godzilla level beast battling for 60 hours of the story but you never feel that s*** when you are in town. Like towns are rarely attacked ( besides a fire side quest). It feels so separated entirely. Would have loved to see more NPCs also out in the dangerous lands using weapons and magic random encounters.
