Edge Magazine:
Final Fantasy XVI - 7
For all the grand sweep of the story, on foot the game often feels parochial. Most of your time is pent padding between villages, through flooded plains and forests linked by corridors. These environments are exquisitely rendered but the world feels forlornly underpopulated. After an arresting first act, Final Fantasy 16's pace slows considerably, with a trickle of sidequests and ponderous main missions.
The absence of people of colour is notable in a game about slavery. The team's well-publicized that black and brown people did not exist in European medievil times does not hold up - they did. Ice dragons, flame spewing Godzillas and rideable chickens however did not.
Yeah, basically what I thought they’d give it.
I generally disagree with the last statement though, there are brown people in the game, just not black people and none of them are primary characters.
Hunts are better than most of the side quest man . At least do svarog
Hunts is hunts
Sidequests give me a story adds to to the game lmao

F***ing crackheads at Edge magazine
Racist f***s
So they wanted to see black people in the game so they could be treated as bearers for their own slave p*** fetishes
Get the flying f*** outta here
Im all cool seeing c***on c***crime and slavery s*** keep us niggas away from that s*** especially since how Brandeds/ Bearers were treated
SE did a good job not including them in a game like this because the backlash would’ve been way worse
That b**** ass reviews you quoting is more than likely a white supremacist sack of s*** mad that he couldn’t see black people get treated like trash
Matter of fact if you agree with them you probably one of them too you maga sicko

black people could be in the game without being bearers lol they wouldn't have to be the only slave class they could have done a lot of interesting things with having a variety of people in the game including middle east
lol the moment when I realized Mythos the player becomes a myth and that the entire game was meta
Ending

Lmao, leave me out of it lol but yeah, PURE comedy
13 and its garbage sequels had me scared so bad for the franchise.
Then 15 came through which was ok but development hell from Versus I felt it never was able to achieve its potential(I blame SE being buddy buds with M$ which caused FF13 to be pure ass) I mean the DLC’s helped especially Ignis but I felt like cmon.
SE straying its path with piece of s*** xbox had it on its ropes down bad
FF16 restored that feeling again
We back
We fully back thank you Yoshida
MY GOTY FF16 GOD F***ING DAMNIT
