Yeah we already know the game has obvious problems but I'm not gonna constantly critique and complain it when the game still delivers
basically the game delivers overall
shout out them folks

Exactly
Saw that video. They had a good constructive conversation about it. Lisa isn't doing that lol. Even you have acknowledged how incredible the game was, calling it your fav PS exclusive I believe. I get your criticisms and agree there are things that can be improved.
Lisa isn't doing that. Lisa is downplaying all the good and the exaggerating the bad.
Game is a 9 and he is acting like it is a 6. It is a legit GOTY contender.
Lisa is only so far in the game though. Around the point I think Lisa is at they are getting out of the pacing issues part/ once you start to do all sidequest if you are honed in it will get you. Lol I was skipping some scenes and listening to a podcast during some of the side quest

Which is the same with literally every single game ever made sidequests except maybe the Witcher 3. Lol my point is it isn't something to act like Lisa is about the game.

having good side quest, minigames and things other than the main story mean a lot to people in a rpg especially if they don't fully connect to the main story. I see both sides on this one but get you
And a lot of the actual content in the sidequests are truly boring menial tasks, but they do expand the characters and world building a bit which makes them worth it if you're into that
Beautiful thing about this game, to me, is the foundation that is built for the future. Those boss fights are unmatched, the world building and story is very very good, and they have a ton of room to make the next entry better, which is crazy IMO.
Add elements, status effects, add more RPG, more fluid exploring, etc there is only one way to go and its up
BTW, just did the boat ride Odin splitting the sea boss fight and my God, they just keep delivering
megaflare f***ing stinks

Is that the Khamahamaha skill? Haven't used because it looked like a cheat code. It is bad?
i dont want spoilers someone just tell me if its better than 15 (which i love to death)

Much, no disrespect to XV but this game is almost like Yoshi P saying "Hey XV here is how it is done"

pretty piss poor damage
only good if you pair it with the rod to my findings
Also I don’t think criticizing the actual structure of the entire main campaign that hasn’t change so far when I’m 64% complete is nitpicking
id say finish the game before your final critique. you might be hyper focusing on something that is only an issue in the first 10 hours of a hundred hour game

how does the combat compare to xv

Slightly with some mechanics but not very much. It’s more God of War X DMC
I love this game so far (I’m like 15 hours in) but does it ever get harder…? I haven’t gotten even close to dying once and I’m not enjoying that aspect of my experience

shame, I wish were we had a difficulty option for the first playthrough
What’s the best weapon? Is there an Ultimate Blade in this one?
In NG+ ultima blade but you have to get the gottdamnerburg in the first play through
Oh yeah for sure, pacing, exploring, and other QOL things are better in GOWR
talk to this npc, then talk to that npc > Atreus.
I’ve only played FFX, but I am interested in playing one of the newer games. Should I cop FF7 Remake or 16?

no wrong choice here
