Some long ass bosses you get to start over if you die with their health taken down a certain amount, then other fights you got this long ass fight with all these hard enemies (almost mini bosses? Lol) and if you die you gotta start all the way over. Kinda annoying as it's one of the first actually kinda challenging fights in the game lol
It refills your potions though

Yeah that's another thing that's kinda a love hate thing. One hand I like that but it also takes away a bit of the challenge. Even with the potions refilled still kinda annoying redoing certain fights. Gotta admit this game is designed kinda weird in certain areas. I haven't even made it to where they let you ride chocobos yet so imma get on it tonight after work

I am on final few but doing so many side quest and task to get strongest weapon, trophies and be overleveled for end just in case I feel like New Game Plus full completionist run.

I keep them but yeah you are good. You will keep getting boss weapons for a while and better swords. Do the blacksmith blues sidequest every time you see it
