To preface, this perspective is backed up by Restorative Justice criminologists and other criminologists. Not just my personal opinion.

Assuming he’s guilty

Have him serve a sentence around 10-15 (most MFH is under 20 years w/o death)
(Manslaughter is 3-10 in California)

Have drastic fines levied against him and dont permit him to interact with any OTF members for the rest of his life.

Tons of programs that use his celebrity to give back and denouncing gang life and violence.

Also we have to see what Quando’s family wants.

He and the community need to see the harm that has taken place, he needs to take responsibility and try to heal his community

That’s the thing about the criminal justice system is that now we have one that is punitive rather than restorative. This system exist to merely punish those sound guilty of a crime rather than heal the community, the offender and the victim.

It would be different if he Could drastically change how his community is ran And prevent someone from becoming another king Von, or on the contrary FBG Duck.

unless someone is a mass murder or rapist, i dont see why we cant attempt to rehabilitate them. What’s the f***ing point of prison besides to make people feel pain for potentially harming others.

I mean, i think this is all good and nice on paper. But this all assumes that he even cooperates with this type of stuff.

Dude has been a multimillionaire for ages. He could have long backed away from the street life. At the very least, if getting out wasnt a possibility, he could have toned down how he moved. Didnt he already beat murder charges?

Just saying, theres not much about him that would suggest he’d be willing to just leave this lifestyle behind.
But in the chance that he does do this, yes, this would be a decent route

Thug had multimillion dollar lawyers, plz do not assume the prosecution didn't have a case, they just had to go against money, celebrity, and extreme fame. Unless they had video they didn’t stand a chance.

2014 his cousin killed
2015 manger killed
2020 von killed
2021 his brother killed

Not making excuses but it hard to pull away with all that emotion in it it seems like he was on the right track now tho but prob cause the nigga knew this was coming
