FBI Agent Burke also said that Lil Durk was not on the search warrant on October 24th, 2024. A FBI memo discovered a second flight booked for Durk Banks, the second one being a private flight from Miami to Dubai at 9 pm.

FBI Agent says he didn’t know who Lil Durk looked liked, but they showed a picture of Lil Durk to him before.

FBI Agent Conor Goepel says him and Agent Batista surrounded the vehicle and Lil Durk and two other men got out of the vehicle within seconds.

Agent Batista briefly took the stand and prosecutors showed a photo taken of inside the vehicle in Miami which included luggage and two phones in a plastic bag

The prosecution has rested their case. The defense are calling their own witnesses now.

The first witness the defense brought in was Tonya Johnican, sister of Big Country.

She says Big Country passed August 6, in 2024.

She said Big Country was a licensed gun carrier, and worked security, including doing Floyd Mayweather, Tupac’s sister, Jermaine Dupri.

Steel: How long did Big Country do security for Durk Banks ?

Tonya Johnican: He worked security for him from 2019 to either 2021 or 2022. Security went hand and hand.

She mentions he had a security company that had licensed carry for many celebrities including Durk Banks.

The next witness is Kevin Freeman. He testified he worked with Lil Durk on starting Durk’s non-profit Neighborhood Heroes.

Kevin Freeman says Lil Durk and himself were coming back from a trip in London for the NFL when Lil Durk’s phones were seized through customs on October 16, 2024.
