Steel: No one made you pull the trigger did they ?

Steel discusses how Jam could have hit a bystander, children, or others while shooting at Quando and his crew.

Steel: Bullets don’t have eyes.

Steel ask Jam about previous murders that he’s admitted to.

Jam: That’s not what I was looking for on a daily basis. That’s not on my mind.

Steel asked Jam about being recorded while being questioned by the FBI & LAPD and the protocols took.

Jam: When I talked to them people. I don’t know the process. I’m not a police officer.

Steel: You don’t want to be held accountable for your murders ?

Jam: I mean I gave them murders they didn’t even know about

Jam: A rat is whatever you think it is. I know people who were victims who told. I know people who ain’t been shot & corroborated

Steel: FBI, LAPD, never said Mr. Minister, explain to me ?

Jam: My name isn’t Mr. Minister

Steel: Is that what they asked you ?

Jam: Well my name is not Mr. Minister. I don’t know who Mr. Minister is. That is not my name.

Steel revealed the Jam and Cuz (Vonni) were communicating despite a keep separate order being in place.

In one message Jam sent to a woman, he said:

Tell cuz the make sure he don’t have a KS (keep separate order) on me. That way we can be around each other. Tell him, let him know I ain’t on no BS at all. Ain’t no type of bad blood at all. ask his lawyer for that ASAP

In regards to Vonni, at one point Jam said:

“It’s not his fault, it’s Durks fault. Durk put us in this situation. Not him”

And later:

He (Vonni) wasn’t the mastermind behind this.

He was following orders just like everybody else was, why would I hold a grudge.

In a jail called played between Jam and his wife, he is heard saying:

I’m gon do what I gotta do. Whatever it takes, just make sure I ain’t gotta do no time.

Just trust me. I’ll trust you. You have my back. I got your back. You done watched me go hard over my family. You watched me turn nothing into something.

Jam explained that comment had nothing to do with this case.

Jam: Ashley told me about somebody recorded Cuz on the phone. I basically told him you have to be careful.

Steel: You were looking out for him ?

Jam: Yea

Steel: You know you are abusive to your mother.

Jam: Being abusive means you are physically abusive

Steel: You know there are recorded phone calls between you and your mother.

Steel: You had a person post on social media your sister address. You lied & said you were out of jail and posted, “come and see me,” to have a drive-by. She runs a day care & is on dialysis.

Jam: I can’t talk to my son no more I got mad so I did it to scare her. That is all.

Jam: I’m his only parent. His mom dead.

Steel: Did you not say when I see your son you were going to “hug” him. Kill him.

Jam: (laughs) Where you get “hug” from killing ?

Steel: You. You told your other sister you would put a bullet in the middle of her daughters head

Jam: I was in my feelings. I was mad. It’s just words. We having words, words with each other. That’s all it was.

Steel: Your words can get someone innocent charged ?

Jam: Huh. What did you say ?

Steel: (Quiet for 10 seconds) I pass the witness your honor.
