Killer Mike was seemingly the only one to truly receive smoke because he's been sneak dissing for a minute.
Genuinely insightful video that makes you look at figures like Booker T Washington, Obama, WEB DuBois, and Marcus Garvey through a different lens. Not a malicious or spiteful lens, but an honest critique that takes into account the eras they came up in.
People just brushing the video off because they don't like people speaking negatively about Killer Mike or Jay Z are doing themselves a huge disservice, and are ironically a part of the problem. The exact kinda misled individuals who are gonna remain stuck.

its like he said, he may not be the highest one, richest, or most powerful, but in his own way hes the worst because he has had a more visible entwinement with radical thought & aesthetics in his music, which makes his centrism / rightleaningness more dangerous, covert, & viable to reason himself back & forth as he tries to do on the Vic Mensa show

I’m very familiar with his content. And I do think a lot of the Killer Mike segment correlated to the overall video and themes of misleadership. And the critiques of Killer Mike were very reasonable as well.
I kinda wish though he landed on projecting forward.
A lot of his perspective resonated with me and recent political maneuvers by El Sayed in Michigan. Especially the Obama segment.
