yeah because you were unable to follow a simple logical conclusion and instead acted like i called you an idiot and said the dad should have let the dude kill his daughter
okay, just answer this
what should he have done differently?

why are you asking me all of this.
all i said was that the existence of a law does not mean something is or is not a social problem
you can argue that the judge jury executioner mindset isn't a problem but citing the existence of a law is not proof of that
im not sayin it's not a problem im jus sayin it's irrelevant to the situation here. that whole judge-jury-executioner criticism is about situations where some1 could've very reasonably been handled without killing them but they were killed anyway. if u got a guy breaking in who ain't fazed a single bit by u tellin em to leave and that u got a gun, u dont have a whole lot of reasonable ways to handle that. u either use the gun or some miracle occurs

all i said was that the existence of a law does not mean something is or is not a social problem
and I said there’s a social problem of men killing their exes in this country, does that not matter either?
that was my point that you missed. I understand there is a huge problem of people being murdered by firearms in America, that’s not even debatable. but there are instances, like this, where it’s warranted.
is this that hard to understand? it makes perfect sense.
just answer the question since you chose to randomly quote me.
How is somebody tryna break in via front door not danger
once u measure their equilibrium u will ascertain the appropriate danger level
once u measure their equilibrium u will ascertain the appropriate danger level
gotta give him a breathalyzer to make sure he’s drunk enough
once u measure their equilibrium u will ascertain the appropriate danger level
If these people know more than 3 women they should ask them how many have ever felt their safety was in danger by an abusive partner
Why are MFs so trigger happy
Grab a bat and scare the stupid ass white kid
Not KILL
TF matter with people
And then that stupid ass white kid has a strap on him and lights your ass up.

i think you have this image of me disagreeing with you when all i said was that appealing to law isn't a good argument
relax!
man I am genuinely trying to get across to some people in this thread
women are killed at an alarming rate by ex partners, it is a HUGE issue. I can probably name 10 women off the top of my head who were killed in the heat of passion, it’s a real issue and people gloss over that because other issues trump that in their eyes I guess.
drop y’all addresses since y’all just let niggas break down your doors
y’all niggas is victims and statistics man

and the people who are on the opposite position would say the mindset does apply and is part of the reason this ended up in death... but saying lol castle doctrine doesn't advance any argument because it doesn't actually mean anything
he was strong enough to break down the door, watch again
if he’s alert enough to drive there, break down the door then he’s alert enough to get shot the f*** up
Thread is a clash bw Americans and non-americans perspective
Which is crazy cause this incident happened in america. Non-Americans wouldn't understand because guns arent as widespread and easy to attain out there like here. To the point where someone tryna barge into someone house can very easily have it on them. Far too many cases of such happening
