How do people feel about 7 For All Mankind jeans? I always remember walking past that brand in the mall all the time but never paid them any mind but a podcast just brought them up and now I’m curious.

At that point, depending on what it is I’d just go to Buffalo exchange and sell it.

bro you listening to a podcast that was recorded in 2006 or something?
had no idea that brand was still relevant or even existed
s*** was like the trendiest jean mid 2000s (trendiest.. not the best tho)
I used to work at Macy’s then and this was when I was on supertalk all the time and whenever a customer asked about seven jeans I would always tell them they were overrated and you paying more for the name than anything then I would try to put them on to some Japanese selvedge or some s*** we didn’t even sell at Macy’s like a f***ing dweeb smh lol

this.no point in taking quality photos for grailed when mfers gonna lowball your regardless and your s*** just gonna be sitting on grailed for a month even w good photos (unless it’s some super hype s***)
Oh goddamn

DO NOT DO THIS (unless it’s like some cheap non expensive name brand s***)
my dumbass used to go to Buffalo exchange instead of using grailed cause it was instant cash. Totally regret everything I sold there cause I could have easily made like 4-5x as much if I used grailed.
mfers didn’t even know wtf aime Leon dore was in like 2016 tried to offer me like 30$ for that s*** smh. Thank god I passed. sold all my aime for like 100+ on grailed two years later when it finally blew the f*** up

I was driving and listening to one podcast and after that podcast ended,it went to “The Cutting Room Floor-Intro To Denim”. I love denim so I listened to it and it was interesting, the chick on there mentioned 7FAM Jeans a lot as being the first premium Jean and I was just curious cause I remember the brand being sold in a specialty shop at the mall back in the day.
Like I said,I’m just curious,I don’t even like how they have their website layed out lol,I’m an Acne man.

she’s not wrong about it being one the first “premium” jeans to go mainstream (at least in the USA)
they hype on those were crazy
It was like the denim equivalent of a juicy couture sweatsuit in the mid 2000s. Every “cool” girl wanted it.
I’ve also been seeing a lot of seven brand jeans on Japanese web stores that look really good
but I’m not 100% that’s it’s the same seven as seven for all mankind.

Would you say True Religion was bigger,I remember the hype on those like yesterday. Hell,I remember Evisus more than 7FAM,that was definitely a white chick thing.
He got 1 hit and been flopping since
that group project nike was mid if i’m being very honest

true religion hype in USA was after 7 for all mankind iirc
true religion def had a longer run than 7 tho and also seemed bigger than 7 ever was but that just might be because im into rap and trueys were damn near unavoidable in rap music for years.
Evisu might have been around the same time or lil after 7 for all man kind but def was more of a streetwear crowd hype and not mainstream white ppl valley girl hype

bro when I found out it took like 20 ppl to make that corduroys am1
one of my neighbors who was a friend of one of my older homies actually helped work on that shoe and got credit for it. He was the biggest sneaker head in our area at the time (2002-2006) and would prolly still be if he didn’t move to la or whatever. I think he goes kajiholic on social
