does anyone know good softwares for making mockups?

Any tips on how to elongate the sleeves on a jacket? Bought a varsity and them s***s are too short

Assuming the sleeves are leather there is probably no allowance for elongation. It would be easiest to remove the wool cuffs and attach longer ones
