steezus is right, i dont like or condone the actual fighting and i wont try to defend it by saying that some people are chill (yet less active) but i will say that before i posted the invite/start of this week ive been trying (very) slowly to change some things a bit with a friend but its a community thing (and almost every day since then we've all been talking about it as a group because a couple of things happened and now this situation is in the middle sorta but also a part of it)
perhaps it's a slow process but genuinely i do wish we talked about fashion more (though i always myself try to get discussions going), rn it's a mix of some older fashion section members with ppl from other sections and then ppl who just don't even go on ktt anymore so i guess thats where things spiraled out of being a fashion server and more into "small circle f***s around with each other"
for now ill say that ill delete the invite bc its my mistake thinking that making the community better would be helped by inviting new people to "freshen things up" rather than continuing to improve it from the inside. my main idea in the beginning (like 2 years ago i think) was to get ktt members onto a more active "live" group chat (since the forum thing is slower and since ive been on the site for a while so i wanted to gather people together), and just let ktt be ktt in there; clearly either my idea to let people roam free was bad or just the group that became active was a deterrent to more cool people being active, though i will say again its my fault for not acting sooner and im majorly to blame for putting it off as "just discord" since its clearly jumped into affecting peoples lives
for now im not sure how effective discussing things on here would be since im not as active on this site but i would invite anyone to dm me personally as an alternative to talk if u need and in the meantime ill try to think of how to tackle the community situation with the current group in a proper manner
if anything i said doesnt make sense here then sorry and also sorry if it sounds like im dismissing the situation because im not sure how this message will come across and maybe im not properly expressing myself since i havent really had to do anything like this before

Yeah I didn’t do this to put you on blast, this is obviously not your fault its the fault of the members who act like this in 2020
I recommend a no tolerance policy and ban the users who don’t comply, you def tried to make it a fashion discord as this would be a good idea like you said and it doesn’t have to be all about fashion and I don’t mean to discredit that it’s just a very toxic community and it needs to be rebuilt.
I don’t want people going after you cause it wasn’t you acting like this. I appreciate you trying to rebuild the community and I would love to be a part of it once all of the toxic people are gone.
