I think Vultures is the more concise listen and has better structure, but the highs can’t compete with the highs on DONDA to me
It’s hard to compare the two, I’m not sure which I can say is better

Production wise it sounds like a mess, the mixing is godawful, and lyrically/flow-wise Kanye sounds like he’s doing a bad Captain Beefheart impression.
