i think a more rational idea is that he is actually just giving his opinion on s*** like we all do on here on the daily. it aint some massive conspiracy where he is tailoring his taste and s***ting on albums that you enjoy specifically in order to pander to some certain demographic.

Wayne’s last album was trash to me but I like the feature run he’s been on. I thought 4YEO and KOD were bad but I liked TOS.

In theory yes but for discussions sake statements like that the example I gave are close enough to objectively wrong. Saying you hate the Fugees is a subjective statement, she can’t be wrong. If she tried to claim the song is bad just because she doesn’t like it (I know people who do this) she’d be wrong.
I think it's simple like that - if you like a song then it's good. There's nuance but mostly it's about feeling to me.

Nah if you knew me you’d know I’m never shy of being critical of drake, I don’t think his recent albums deserve super high scores necessarily, they’re not unimpeachable albums
I have more of a problem with the Lil Baby, Gunna, Nav stuff honestly. I really don’t think he should be going to the lengths he goes to disrespect them as artists, just say you don’t like the album and keep it moving but the level of disrespect toward street artists just doesn’t sit right with me at all, especially once one of them works with Tyler or Kanye then they’re good all of a sudden
