Well, there's one thing funnier... When that same man asks "can i play a song next?" and then puts this on and drunkenly belts out every lyric

Hold up... Are you trying to tell me a blog made in the mid-90s doesn't look as modern as websites from the 21st century?
You got a source for that claim? :

is it that old
yikes

ktt1s interface is still better than ktt2, it just doesnt look as slick. But it has way more functionality if you know what you're doing

ironically old websites seem to be the ones that work the best because they're not bloated as s*** with new programming

Honestly never had a problem with KTT1's UI — especially the desktop version. That s*** still looks clean to me tbh.
There's a reason the Section80 forums copied it for so long. It looks nice

it was so buggy for like the last 2 years.

6 months ago i wouldve agreed, but ive finally come around to really enjoying the new site's interface at least as much as the old one.
Only think that sticks out to me on a daily basis here is how you can't edit/stack quotes in a reply. (Idk if you can do it on desktop; I've used mobile exclusively since launch haha.)

cant do it on desktop either, or at least i havent figured it out. its the one thing along with PMs that i miss. otherwise im cool with the new place.

its almost been a year and we have private sxns and spotify integration to show for it

Well yeah cause the new owners basically just put the site in their vault of purchased blogs/forums and never kept in touch or anything. So when a feature would bug out or a piece of code needed updating, nobody had the access to do it.
Nuj was the only user with admin status, and he didnt know anything about that stuff. The new owners said they would put a new staff member as co-admin to help with technical errors, but that literally never happened. And Scott couldnt access his old admin account because he sold the site.
It wasnt until like the last year before migration when Scott logged into a second account and got admin controls in order to fix some of the awful problems — and after doing that for a couple months he decided to start designing the new site instead of constantly updating the old one with over a decade of old code that made everything more complicated.

Yeah PMs coming soon hopefully. He hust had that limited test version of the site with a beta PM feature that worked nicely. Hopefully it gets added to the official site soon

yeah their is plenty things they need to add in

being able to edit quotes when embed wasnt working was helpful but that shouldnt even be a problem, links should always be available on embeds breaking. I also really miss the extra user information with location, post count, user desc etc
on the bright side we do have stuff like being able to @ people so like as long as things are implemented eventually its whatever
Nothing funnier than imagining a man in his probable 30's~ shouting along the lyrics "when I go out imma go out shooting! I don't mean when i die! I mean when i go out to the club stupid!!"
That’s a good line lol
Speaking of Em I re-listened to College Dropout the other day and I honestly think he would have fit in nicely on Get Em High. Don’t care what the haters think, just a thought I had.

Common was perfect for that beat...but he shouldve done a different verse
Redman or Busta Rhymes would probably sound great on it too
