It’s a whole lot of moments or images like the wind blowing through the grass like this otherworldly force, the milk dripping while the boy stares at himself, of course the barn on fire, also the dream where the mother washes her hair and stands amongst the roof collapsing or floating above the bed while a dove flies by. There’s also the scene where they accidentally wake the toddler up and there’s this look of wonder in her eyes that reminds me of similar moments in Tree of Life. I think both films also compliment each other.
