Got so weirdly confused on my bike ride tonight. Took a short cut to get home earlier and got to an intersection I've been at 1billion times and suddenly lost any concept of directions. I was standing on the sidewalk for like 3 minutes wondering why my brain suddenly turned off and why I forgot which way went where. I eventually went a random direction, found a random path and probably took longer to get home instead of quicker

This happens to me all the time. I'll forget things like my age sometimes and even once had to look at a calendar to remember. Could be a side effect of stress?..dunno
