Its like Venom was off keeping the Big Boss legacy alive while Big Boss himself was doing Outer Heaven stuff. Venom is cool but Mgs3 and Peace Walker mean I'll always prefer the original Big Boss, its tragic how he misinterpreted the Bosses' wishes. But yeah in a way the fact he was able to embody Big Boss so well makes him more impressive, and hes definitely the more tragic of the two overall literally being made into a doppelganger .

broski did you dig Soulnier's Hold the Dark ? This one didn't hit for me and felt like simplicity would have been the best route. And why the f*** does it seem like after NCFOM every indie/artsy director wants to end the movie with an oblique sentence followed by silence as the credits slowly appear.
