Might be a spam-prevention measure, so advertising bots cant create accounts and make promotional posts by tagging tons of random usernames.
That kind of thing happened sometimes on the old site where some random user would mass quote tons of people in a thread advertising something

So I've finished counting and doing all the technical stuff for the mega list to end all lists thread. All I have to do now is work out a rollout but before I do the official list, here is a compilation of all the albums that didn't make it
