I don't read manga either
What's the oldest anime series you've seen? Have you done your Astronomy homework
i've watched some episodes of lupin the third. the next one would be dragon ball which is the oldest anime i've watched completely. i started watching anime such as sailor moon and dragon ball z in the early 1990s. i started watching anime in japanese with subtitles in 2005 but stopped watching anime completely the next year in 2006 because i was completely invested in listening to music. i started watching anime again in 2014 though, but the 1990s and 2000s will be my favorite eras. jojo's biazarre adventure is the only exception for animes that came out during the 2010s but the manga started during the 1980s. if you like berserk, you would enjoy monster and attack on titan.

my favorite 2 are Steins;Gate and Legend of the Galactic Heroes
i watched so many animes between 2005-2006 that were ongoing and from the past
so many animes from 2005-2006 that no one talks about these days like momo, the girl god of death and looking up at the half-moon
i remember when the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya and shakugan no shana were popular while airing but now they're almost completely forgotten

Lupin Castle Of Cagliostro is some classic early Miyazaki
Yeah I was raised in DBZ back in the day as well. Can't say I have the patience to sit through that anymore either.
Music and movies take up completely different time blocks in my day so I never understand when people say that
Did Attack On Titan have a bunch of CG and retell the Seven Samurai story? If so I saw it eons ago and didn't really care for it.

cg, very little, but a lot in the final season
seven samurai, nope
if manga/anime didn't exist i would've watched 2,000 live action films by now
maybe 100s of live action television series too
and maybe for sure if i didn't repeatedly listen to the same music and/or listen to average and worse music
smh

@Elric
youre living your life bro

i think i'm satisfied with knowing enough about music and anime
i wish i had followed the wave with gintama back then because it's so long
i said the same thing about one piece and i'm glad i caught up with it
my english professor in college said one piece is the greatest work of fiction of all time
my english professor was a film major too
maybe even you can like one piece @Elric if a film major who became an english professor thinks one piece is the greatest work of fiction of all time

If it was a movie or one contained season I would watch it, but there's no chance that I'm committing time to 1,000 episodes
