Maybe it’s just nostalgia or the idea of Kobe putting up some crazy number wasn’t so far fetched. I always thought prime Tmac could pull off something crazy too.

Are you familiar with Taken By Trees I feel like she's right up your alley for the orchestral kinda pop that calls back to the 60s. Her other albums don't scratch the same itch but her debut is really beautiful

Edit: This is nice. I don’t quite hear the 60’s influence, but I enjoy the spare arrangement and melancholy feeling vocals. Still registers to me as very modern indie.
