If it's an established group, it is separate
I.e. Big Boi is separate from OutKast
Guru is separate from Gang Starr
Q-Tip is separate from Tribe
Wu tang members all separate from The whole clan
Killer Mike or El-p are both separate from Run the JewelsBut one-off collaboration albums count towards ONE of the artists.
Ie
Madvillain counts towards either DOOM or Madlib
Watch the Throne counts towards either Jay or YeYou get the idea
Sounds convoluted but I promise I'm just bad at explaining things succinctly.
You can circumvent these rules by just hoping I don't notice which is a possibility but I will be looking very close at every list
